Do you know how Rega came into being?

Rega has been in existence for over 70 years. In the early days, courageous rescuers with parachutes on their backs would jump out of a plane to save people in distress. Today this is no longer necessary. Rega can use a helicopter to help injured and sick people. You can read more about the history of Rega here.
